The CuRE Early Access Program

CuRE, Principia's Collaborative Research Ecosystem platform, opens to early-access teams at the 2026 OHDSI Global Symposium: 25 apps on one governed OMOP record, free to explore, with a 90-day trial that starts when you bring real data.

CuRE is opening to early-access teams this week, starting at the OHDSI Global Symposium in New Brunswick, October 20-22. This post covers what CuRE is, what early access includes, and how to join

CuRE (Collaborative Research Ecosystems)

CuRE is a clinical research platform with OMOP at its core: 25 integrated apps working from one governed OMOP CDM v5.4 record, from the first EHR feed to regulatory submission and beyond

  • One OMOP core, 25 apps. The trial, the registry and the analysis read the same governed record. OMOP is where the data lives from the first record, not an export at the end
  • Any source in, mapped once. Connectors for SMART on FHIR, Bulk FHIR, HL7v2 feeds, CSV and CRO files, with AI-assisted column mapping. A mapping is reviewed once, and every app reads the result
  • Real-world data, end to end. EDC, CTMS, eCOA, randomization, analytics, safety, quality, regulatory information and submissions, all built for real-world data and all on the same record
  • AI that shows its work. Wherever it can, CuRE’s AI produces something you can inspect and rerun, like a SQL query, a Circe cohort definition or an analysis notebook cell, instead of only answering your question about the data. Counts come from the governed engine, not the model. Every model call runs through one gateway where it is credentialed, logged and auditable, and a person reviews the output in the workflow
  • Lowest cost, fastest start. Exploring is free. There is no integration project between apps, and one study design generates the CRFs, the SDTM mapping and the define.xml instead of each being built by hand

What early access includes

  • Every app, open to try. Apps are labeled Preview during Early Access and are for exploration and pilots, not for regulated use without a platform license
  • Your own workspace. We set your team up in its own organization, starting on synthetic data, so you can work through your own questions before any real data moves
  • Free while you explore. Exploring, analyzing and exporting on synthetic data costs nothing
  • A 90-day trial on real data. Start your full 90-day trial when ready to bring your own data under a business associate agreement
  • A direct line to the team. Early-access users work with us directly and inform our prioritization of new features

How to join

Self-serve sign-up is on its way. Until then, early access is request-then-invite: tell us a little about your team and what you want to try, and we will send your workspace invitation

Request early access

In the meantime, many engines run in-browser demos on the platform page, on synthetic data, with no login and nothing to install

For the OHDSI community

Keep your tools. CuRE Conduct exposes an OHDSI WebAPI-compatible source surface, covering source registration, vocabulary search, concept-set resolution and CDM results summaries. The ATLAS you already run can register CuRE as a CDM source and work against it like any other source you maintain. What CuRE adds is the governance layer around the open stack: tenant isolation, a Part 11 audit trail, consent- and DUA-scoped execution, and hosting someone else operates. A more detailed explanation can be found in A Governed Superset of the OHDSI Stack

Find us at the symposium

We are exhibiting at the 2026 OHDSI Global Symposium at the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick, October 20-22. At the booth we run an ATLAS front-end against CuRE Conduct, plus four five-minute walkthroughs cut from one story on one synthetic patient: one each for an ATLAS shop, a registry operator, a methods researcher, and a pharma RWE or safety team. Everything at the booth runs on synthetic data

Come and tell us what you would need to see. We would rather leave New Brunswick with a correction than a compliment
